NO PAYMENT, NO SHIPMENT POLICY
Your full payment is required before we ship your items. Once payment is made, we will dispatch your order immediately. We will inform you thru text and email once your order has shipped out.
All orders will only be considered as confirmed once full payment is made. All confirmed orders are final.
CUT-OFF TIME
Payments received after 3 PM (Philippine time) will be considered next day transactions. Payments received on Sundays and holidays will be shipped the following day. Please pay before 3 PM (Philippine time) and confirm it to us thru email or text.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped via LBC or Air21. For standard deliveries, it takes 1-3 days for orders to arrive.
Orders of three or more bottles for delivery within the Philippines is eligible for free shipping. For international orders, please email us for the appropriate shipping charges that apply to your order using the email address below.
ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS
- Please fill in all required fields of the order form that we have provided below and click submit. Please wait for the email from us to make sure that we have received your order. We usually reply within 24 hours.
- Please pay for your order by using the payment method that you have selected.
- Once payment is made, please inform us thru email or text so we could verify your payment and proceed with the delivery of your items.
